COPYRIGHTS AND FAIR USE (This page is nowhere near being done.)
BOTTOM LINE:
(1) If you see something here that you feel violates your copyrights, let us know and we will remove it immediately.
(2) We will present other peoples' material (in most cases only portions) only if, in our hearts, we believe:
(a)
Our presentation of this material will encourage visitors to view the material where it originally appears. In that case, if you sue us, you will owe us money, since copyright infringements are a civil matter and the courts decision will likely be based upon how much money you lost. (We're kidding, people. Lighten up!)
:o)
(b) Our presentation is respecful of the work's intent. So we won't put moustaches on people.
(3) This site is nowhere near being done. Please know that since there are multiple people working on it and since the left hand never knows what the right is doing some items may remain uncredited. We received tons of pictures via e-mail; we are attempting to pinpoint the real sources and when we find them we will adhere to what we said in 2a & 2b.
Why are we just posting things left and right? Because sometimes it takes sites months and months to get indexed. Also because we're perfectionists, and (ironically) if we waited until things were right you'd be staring at a blank page right now.
"Can we go, now, please? A good plan today
is better than a perfect plan tomorrow."
- Robert De Niro as Conrad Brean, Wag the Dog, quoting George S. Patton.
And here's the normal jibba-jabba (we're A-Team fans) you see various places around the internet:
